Pump Prefilters

For Pump Prefilters, Protopond.com offers pond filtration equipment for capturing debris, supporting biological treatment, and maintaining clearer, healthier water. Prefilters protect equipment but do not replace mechanical and biological filtration. This line of protection can reduce impeller clogs and extend time between service, especially in open ponds without a skimmer. Protopond.com's EasyPro Matala prefilter options come in small and large sizes for different pumps and space. Select by intake connection, pump flow, surface area, pore density, and the debris common to your water feature. Compare pond volume, fish load, flow rate, plumbing size, media capacity, cleaning access, and pump compatibility.
