CrystalClear AlgaeOff utilizes the latest in oxygen technology to remove string algae quickly and efficiently. CrystaClear AlgaeOff is an EPA-registered granular algaecide that works on contact. Treat floating or submerged algae mats evenly from the shoreline out. AlgaeOff works on contact in shallow areas and in streambeds.

How to Apply

Ponds & Lakes: Treat floating or submerged algae mats evenly from the shoreline out. Spread 1.5 - 2.5 pounds per 500 square feet of the treatment area. If the majority of your pond is covered during hot weather or when treating heavy growth, it is important to treat no more than ¼ of your pond at a time and wait the full 14 days before re-applying. This helps lower the risk of fish loss during hot weather or when treating heavy growth. Heavy growth may require re-treatment.

Restrictions

After application, do not allow undiluted granules to remain in an unsupervised area where humans or animals are exposed.

Not recommended for Chara treatments. Can be used in ponds with carp.

AlgaeOff cannot be shipped to Alaska, Connecticut, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada.
